INTRODUCTION

Brief Introduction of the Business Internship Program

The in-coming senior BS Accountancy of the College of Accountancy and

Management (CAM) will undertake their internship studies and supervised

training during the coming summer as part of the Business Internship Program

(BIP) of the College. The BIP augments classroom training with pragmatic

elements by exposing the students to the actual work environment.

Business internship program is a program where students will be deployed

to different companies to be exposed and experience real life work situations.

They will be trained to be ready when they face their profession in the future.

The internship program is designed to provide students engaged in a field

experience with an opportunity to share their insights, to explore the links

between students academic preparation and their field work, and to assist

participants in developing and carrying out the major research project which will

serve to culminate their internship experience.

The internship is carefully monitored work or service experience in which a

student has intentional learning goals and reflects actively on what she or he is

learning throughout the experience. An effort is made to establish a reasonable

balance between the interns learning goals and the specific work an organization

needs done.

and human resources management consultant; to act as managers or managing

entities and to undertake, carry on, assist or participate in promotion,

partnerships and other entities except the management of funds, securities,

portfolio or similar assets of the managed entity or corporation. The Company is

into business and consultancy services.

The Company adopted a calendar year accounting period. The Company

was registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) on January 14, 2015

and was assigned Taxpayer Identification No. 008-857-364-000, at Revenue

District Office - 047. The Company is currently holding office at the 2 nd Floor
Annex, Raha Sulayman Building, 108 Benavidez Street, Legaspi Village, Makati

City.

History of the Company

ATD AMS Consulting Inc. (ACI) was formed to provide business and

management solutions that include financial, assurance and organizational

development services. The services were originally part or under AT Dizon

Accounting and Management Services (AMS) which has been in the industry for

more than a decade or since July 2002.

As this company grows wherein more clients are availing its services,

management deemed it necessary to spin off its business and management

solutions to a separate company which is now ACI. The remaining services

which include accounting, external audit and tax consulting were left under AMS.

Thus, on, September 8, 2014, ATD AMS Consulting Inc. was born. The

companys SEC registration number is CS201417411.

existing and prospective clients various innovative, independent, quality and

personalized business and management services to serve the needs of the

growing clients based within and outside of the Philippines.
