MISSION
CAS GOALS
To provide students with the basic knowledge and skills needed in the pursuit of more
advanced and specialized fields of endeavor, develop students into more humane individuals
through participation in different forms of artistic activities, and enrich the existing curricula and
undertake innovation to cope with the needs and demands of global community.
1. To provide undergraduate students with a solid basic foundation on the major areas of
psychology.
2. To prepare students for jobs that may involve training, testing, research, human resource
management, basic psychometrics, and in further developing relevant knowledge and skills.
3. To prepare graduates in their further studies such as medicine, law, business management.

5. Course Description:
An introductory course for basic guidance work. It does not aim to provide
everything about guidance and counseling , but it will provide sufficient orientation for students
to acquire working knowledge of the principles , objectives, set up various services of guidance
and counseling programs, skills and techniques in the educational setting.
