1. Admission Dates and Timings

Admission in Vidyamandir will be accepted as per the dates mentioned below-

Date Timing

Saturday, 22nd October 2016 and Sunday, 23rd October 2016 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Fee through Cash and Outstation cheque shall not be accepted.

 As Vidyamandir has limited seats in its centers, please ensure to complete the
admission formalities on the above mentioned dates.

2. Documents Required

To confirm your admission in Vidyamandir, please bring the following documents-

Two Passport Size Photographs

Offer/Selection Letter
Cheque or Demand Draft of Rs.51,750/- (Rs.45,000 plus 15% service tax) drawn in favor
of "Vidyamandir Classes Ltd." towards the first installment of the fee.
Three postdated cheques for further fee installments. (Refer section on fee and installments)

3. Fee and Installments

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to the detailed policy on refund as given below.

1. Admission once done will NOT be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Refund application will be accepted ONLY in cases of genuine academic problems, medical
reasons, transfer/change of residence etc.
3. Student applying for refund has to submit a written application mentioning the exact reason
of withdrawal at the center where the student is studying. Refund requests made verbally or
through phone/SMS shall not be entertained in any case.

4. Applications for withdrawal of admission resulting due to medical reasons or transfer/change

of residence should be accompanied with a valid proof of the same.
5. The date of submission of refund application will be considered as the last working day of the
student and not the date on which the student stopped coming to the institute for classes.
6. There may be a meeting of the student with the concerned authorities after receiving the
refund application at the center. Information of the same shall be provided by the respective
center staff.
7. The date of commencement of the course will be considered as the starting date & not the
date of joining of any student in the institute for calculating the refund.
8. Refund rules are universal even

a. If a student joins late or

b. If a student doesnt join or attend even a single class at all after depositing the fee

9. Refund application submitted after the course end month will NOT be processed.
10. Refund amount will be calculated on the actual fee i.e. fee paid without service tax.

11. Refund policy is based on accrual accounting. Entire course fee is divided into Admission Fee
and Advance fee. Admission fee is fixed and strictly NON REFUNDABLE. Advance fee is
divided into monthly fee. Every month, a fixed monthly fee is deducted from advance fee paid
by the student.
12. Monthly fee will be deducted for the month of receipt of the refund application, irrespective
of the fact that refund application is submitted on the first or last day of the month.

13. Refund cheque will be issued in the name of student/parents. The name of the person
favoring whom the refund cheque needs to be prepared must be clearly mentioned in the
application.
14. The VMC Management reserves the right to reject any refund application without assigning
any reasons, whatsoever.
15. The entire refund process takes around 30 to 45 days for completion from the date of receipt
of the refund application.
