detailed Engineering with CSGC, China, Peebles Electrics, UK & Otto India & ABB and
execution of job at site. Cost of Project: 40 crores

Successfully executed Green eld Power project, 62.5 MW Combined Cycle Generation
Power Plant of NINL (Contract on BHEL, Value 168 crore) & as In-charge Power plant
led the team successfully to achieve highest Power Generation in most economical way,
after meeting captive Power requirement Power sell to the tune of 1530 MW/hr to
GRIDCO, Orissa with revenue realization in every month & making Power Plant a pro t
center. (2X19.25 MW STG, 3 X 65 T/hr Gas red boiler, 1x24 MW GTG, HRSG, CWPH,
Compressors and all other auxiliaries).

First time in India commissioned 24 MW Gas Turbine (Frame V) with Coke Oven Gas as
fuel (with low CV 4200 Kcal/NM3) & commissioned CO Gas cleaning plant with
technology from IRHFrance.

Planning, implementation and monitoring preventive maintenance schedule to achieve

minimum breakdown time with optimum utilization of spares.

Planning & implementation of standard operating procedure & safety procedure.

Liasoning with GRIDCO, NESCO, Electrical Inspector authorities for reliable power
supply, export of power & statutory clearances & power purchase agreement with
GRIDCO for export of 15MW scheduled power at ABT.

As GM (Iron & Steel) managing 1915 m3 Blast Furnace, Sinter Plant, RMHS & achieved
highest ever production since inception, 0.72 MT Hot Metal & Pig Iron Production of
0.66 MT in the year 200910 & presently monitoring day to day progress of our phase
II expansion project which is in the advance stage of commissioning, consists BOF (1X
110 T Converter with GCP & Gas Holder supply by SMS Siemag), CCP (1X6 Strand Billet
Caster supplied by Con-cast), 418 TPD Oxygen Plant (Supplied by Linde/BOCI), 300TPD
Lime & 100 TPD Dolo Plant (Supplied by Terruzzi) & other auxiliary systems.

Besides the above managerial assignments, the undersigned has rich experience of
dealing with reputed consultants like MECON, MN Dastoor, & also dealt with world
reputed designer, equipment manufacturer like MAN TURBO Switzerland, SMS Siemag
