Multi Store Management System

Abstract

This System provides you with an end-to-end Web-based system


that provides full eCommerce capabilities and integrates with
your Accounting System, Shipping System, Inventory System and
more!
TITLE:
The meaning of the title is to maintain the multiple stores
information at one site.
AIM:
The main aim of our project is to know about the different
stores information, search for the products trough product wise
and store wise, maintain the customer details ,customer order
details ,etc. Here customer search the products and give orders
to the products by his system only. Any person can easily access
the multiple stores information through one website only.
This is mainly useful for stores to maintain the store details
securely.here it provides ids to the customers, stores,
accountants and products to identify uniquely.Due to this
searching process is easy to any store. All the details about the
system are maintained in centralized database due to this also
searching is easy.
After giving the order by the customer accountant prepares the
bill and send this bill to the customers mail,and if any complaints

are there then customers are able to send the complaints to the
system.
The main objective of this system is, by using one website
only customer can search the products by product wise or store
wise through his system in 24*7 wise(24 hours7 days in a
week ).Through the GUI interfaces any one can easily access the
system.

Existing System

The Existing system is not computerized system which is maintained at individual databases i.e in excel
sheets or papers, its a time delay process. And maintaining all the records in Excel sheets is difficult. If
they want any record they have to search all the records. It doesnt provide multiple user accessibility
and also doesnt have different user privileges. So the system is not accessible for all the customers.

Limitations in Existing System

The current system is not completely complete computerized and manual


system in entering Customers data and handling it.
There is no centralized database maintenance
There is no easy access to the particular Customers records and orders.
The customers cannot easily navigate through the database

Proposed System

The Proposed system is a computerized system but which is maintained at Centralized databases i.e. in
automated forms its a very fast process. And maintaining all the records in online systems database
which makes it very easy to access and retrieve data from the database. If they want any articles they
can easily upload and download. It provides multiple user accessibility and also has different user
privileges. So the system is accessible for all the customers
