Required Documents

All the required information / certificates in the application form must be completed carefully and the following
documents must be attached along with application form:

(a). Attested photocopies of educational documents. i.e. SSC, HSSC, Bachelors / Masters level etc
(as applicable).
(b). Attested photocopy of applicants Form B / CNIC.
(c). Attested photocopy of fathers CNIC.
(d). The students of O & A levels (if applicable) must attach Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC
Islamabad.
(e). Wards of PAF retired personnel must attach photocopy of Discharge Book / Pension Book / Pen-I
of father / mother.
(f). Disability Certificate in case applicants father / mother is disabled PAF employee or applicant
himself / herself is applying as special / disabled child.
(g). Death Certificate in case applicants father is deceased.
