Executive summary
Now our problem is to set the replacement of our team leader that was not able to
handle the project we have set in Europe, so to do that we got a bunch of new
contenders to this position, we need to talk to each of the contendants and see who
is the most suitable for this job.

mIn conclusion there arer contenders but they are not as prepared as martina is, the
pnly one would fit perfectlyin the position.

Recommendations
As we have seen all of pur contenders to the job, we strongly recommend martina as
the new manager of the project it will bring us joy and the objectives done as we
have set them.
