That I, JOCELYN R. QUINTO, of legal age, Filipino, married to Ronnie Quinto and
residents of Saliao, Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines, are co-owners of a parcel of land which
are more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land Lot 10-D-19 (LRC) Psd-50315, situated in Bo. of Katitisan,
Mun. of Lambayong, Prov. of Sultan Kudarat, Island of Mindanao. Containing an
area of FORTY THOUSAND (40,000) SQUARE METERS and covered by TCT
No. T-1141.
That by virtue of these presents, we have named, constituted and appointed as we do
hereby name, constitute and appoint our co-owner, and sister, FLORDELIZA R. DURAN, of
legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat, to be our true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for us, and in our name, place and stead to do and perform the
following acts and things, to wit:
1. To administer, sell, ask, sue for, recover, collect any and all sums of money, debt, dues,
accounts, legacies, bequests, interest, dividends and other things of value of whatever
nature of kind as may now be or hereafter become due, owing payable or belonging to us
and to have, sue, and take any and all lawful ways and means for the recovery thereof by
suit, attachment, compromise or otherwise pertaining to that properties above-described
2. To make, sign, executed, and deliver contracts, documents, agreements and other writings
of whatever nature or kind with any and all third persons, concern, entities;
3. To perform any such acts as may deemed just and reasonable to my attorney-in-fact.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done and about
the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as might or could lawfully do if personally present
and in acting in person and hereby confirming and ratifying all that our said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.

2. A parcel of land Lot 600-H, (LRC) Psd-70359, being a portion of Lot 600 of
Buluan Public Land subd. Pls-73, L.R.C. Rec No. ) situated in Poblacion, Mun.
of Tacurong, Of Sultan Kudarat, Island of Mindanao. Containing an area of ONE
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY TWO (1,452) SQUARE METERS and
covered by TCT No. T-17683.
That by virtue of these presents, we have named, constituted and appointed as we do

hereby name, constitute and appoint our co-owner, and sister, FLORDELIZA R. DURAN, of
