and at home. A big chunk of
the training would be during

His Diet
I love fried food and sugary drinks, so
I had trouble with my diet. I gradually
reduced the salt in my food, and I
cut sugary drinks completely during
the 100 days. But one problem that I
faced was that I was losing too much
weight and feeling a lot of aches by the
third month; so, I upped my protein
intake by eating five egg whites and
