    Dear Mr. Pedigo and Mr. Richardson:

    This is Community Activist Vogel Denise Newsome. I need no introduction to Baker


    Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz and its Attorneys/Lawyers.

    It has been brought to my attention that the WASHINTON COUNTY, Mississippi SHERIFFS
    DEPARTMENT has KIDNAPPED and are holding the above referenced HOSTAGES Eugene
    Sanders, Jr. (Sanders) and Roderick Payne (Payne) CAPTIVE against their will and using the
    JUSTICE Court of Washington County, Mississippi to DEMAND the following RANSOM Monies
    (masked as a BOND) for their releases under FRIVOLOUS and MALICIOUS Criminal Charge(s) as
    follows:

    See JUSTICE Court Documents attached at EXHIBIT A and incorporated

    PLEASE BE ADVISED of my outrage for such HIDEOUS, OUTLAWED and VICIOUS


    Crimes that have been leveled against Sanders and Payne under the United States DESPOTISM
    TERRORIST Government Regimes Empire and its WHITE Jews/Zionists/Supremacists!

    IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE and THE SAFETY,
    WELLBEING as well as in THE INTEREST OF HOMELAND
    SECURITY, I and the .02% DELEGATION are DEMANDING
    the IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF SANDERS and PAYNE
    from THESE KIDNAPPERS and TERRORISTS!
    Upon review of the following Affidavit, it appears that a JUSTICE Court Judge Laverne
    Simpson - executed the ACKNOWLEDGMENT for said Affidavit. Justice Court is a SMALL
    Claims Court and does NOT have JURISDICTION over CAPITAL MURDER Cases! The
    following document was also executed by a Laverne Simpson and she IS NOT Licensed to practice
    Law i.e. Lawyer/Attorney - and neither is she a member of the Mississippi Bar.

    The Washington County, Mississippi JUSTICE Courts Monetary LIMITATION is $3,500
    according to the Clerk. Nevertheless, there IS Record evidence supporting ABUSE of POWER,
    EXCEEDING Jurisdiction, etc. by the JUSTICE Court Judges to FULFILL their ROLES in such
    CONSPIRACIES:

    The following WARRANT FOR ARREST issued on EUGENE SANDERS i.e. appears
    to be a Strawman used, is ALSO executed by a JUSTICE Court Washington County, MS. by a
    Laverne Carter i.e. JUSTICE Court Judge. Said Warrant being issued for CAPITAL MURDER
    97-3-19(2)(e). The following document was also executed by a Laverne Carter and she IS NOT
    Licensed to practice Law i.e. Lawyer/Attorney - and neither is she a member of the Mississippi Bar.

    There is Record evidence to support that a JUSTICE Court set a Bond in the amount of $1
    Million Dollars. The JUSTICE Court is a SMALL Claims Court with a Jurisdictional Limit of
    $3,500. The following document was also executed by a Laverne Simpson and she IS NOT
    Licensed to practice Law i.e. Lawyer/Attorney - and neither is she a member of the Mississippi Bar.

    There is Record evidence that the CHARGE: CAPITAL MURDER is alleged to have been
    brought before the CIRCUIT Court of WASHINGTON; however, it is again EXECUTED by
    Laverne Simpson of the JUSTICE Court! Again, Laverne Simpson IS NOT Licensed to practice
    Law i.e. Lawyer/Attorney - and neither is she a member of the Mississippi Bar.

    When Sanders father Eugene Sanders, Sr. checked with the Circuit Court on Monday,
    November 21, 2017, there was NO Court Records regarding Sanders on file as it relates to the
    CAPITAL MURDER alleged.

    Attached at EXHIBIT B is the Affidavit of Ashley Shae Cornelius which provides


    information regarding who is alleged to be the TRUE Shooter (Donnie Williams) and/or Murderer of
    Fredrick Formigoni . Said Affidavit is incorporated by reference as if set forth in full herein.

    From my understanding based on information provided me, Washington County, Mississippis


    Sheriff Deputy Billy Barber as well as some of the WHITES in the Greenville Communities, etc. have
    KNOWLEDGE of the White People (Donnie Williams and Christy Moore sp?) who may have
    actually planned, orchestrated and carried out the murder of Frederick Fromigoni; however, are
    STILL AT LARGE!

    In light of the recent Press Release by the International Criminal Court on yesterday (11/21/17),
    entitled, The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Fatou Bensouda, requests judicial
    authorization to commence an Investigation Into the Situation in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

    I believe the International Criminal Court will be justified and I am looking forward in providing the
    ICC with additional information other than that contained in my 11/17/17 Email submitted to this
    Courts attention!

    The United States DESPOTISM Terrorist Government/Organization Regime has a WELL-
    ESTABLISHED history for INHUMANE practices and the USE of Prisons for the purposes of
    INCARCERATING People-Of-Color and subjecting them to very HARSH, INHUMANE,
    DEGRADING and DEPLORABLE conditions prohibited under Mississippi State Laws/States, Federal
    Statutes/Laws and INTERNATIONAL Statutes/Laws! Using such CRIMINAL and
    UNLAWFUL/ILELGAL practices for the purposes of TRAINING its White Supremacists Members!

    The UNLAWFUL and ILLEGAL practices of the Washington County, Mississippi JUSTICE
    Court is in keeping with the 13th Amendment Scam which TARGETS Natives, Native Americans
    and Blacks/Negroes/African-Americans/People-Of-Color. These WHITE Supremacists have been
    able to go undetected because of their RECUITING of BLACKS to AID and ABET them in such
    HORRIFIC and INHUMANE practices as they seek to PLACE Natives, Native Americans and
    Blacks/Negroes/African-Americans/People-Of-Color in CHAINS!

    There is Record evidence that the United States of Americas Legal Counsel/Lawyers, Baker
    Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz, is a PARTY to the 13th Amendment Scam and IS
    Financially BENEFITTING from such CRIMINAL acts as that leveled against Sanders and
    Payne!

    Not only is the Law Firm of Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz legal counsel for
    the United States of America; it IS ALSO legal counsel to the State of Mississippi and its Governor
    Phil Bryant!

    PLEASE BE ADVISED, both Sanders and Payne will be seeking RESTITUTION Relief
    in the very near future. However, the URGENT and IMMEDIATE DEMAND sought NOW is their
    IMMEDIATE Release from their KIDNAPPERS and that said Kidnappers be
    DETAINED/ARRESTED being sure to read them their Miranda Rights, etc. and PROSECUTED
    within the Statutes/Laws governing said matters in their OFFICIAL and/or
    INDIVIDUAL/PERSONAL Capacities (i.e. NOT Strawman, etc.)
