    the Operation Christmas Child Philippines- East Mindanao,
    CARAGA Team.

    I am Janice Abad Antigo, 23 years old, single and a resident of Purok


    Sandiya, Barangay Victoria, Tago, Surigao del Sur. I am currently a
    Fulltime Worker of a campus ministry in Tandag City, The Flocks of
    Jesus, The Great Shepherd Fellowship Incorporated – Surigao del
    Sur State University (GS-SDSSU).

    I hope my application will be considered as it is my deepest desire to


    serve and to be part in accomplishing the mission of the Operation
    Christmas Child (OCC) Philippines.
