    • Demand Draft should be in the favor of Vestige Marketing Private Limited, payable at New Delhi. Cheques are not acceptable.
    • By signing this form, the distributor acknowledges that he/she has thoroughly read and complies with the terms and conditions mentioned in the Company's Success Plan.
    • Each applicant should be at least 18 years of age at the time of application, to become a Vestige Distributor.
    • Signing of this form in no way makes you an employee or agent of the Company.
    • This form is an application and an agreement to appoint an individual as a self-employed Distributor for the sale of Vestige products.
    • Distributor are not permitted under any circumstances to market any product, which are not approved by Vestige in their network.
    • Husband and wife, desirous of becoming Distributors have to be sponsored under a single membership. If the spouse is already a Distributor, then the other must join as a part of the
    same business membership.
    • A distributor who does not adhere to these rules can be suspended, pending inquiry or terminated from the membership.
    • The registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
    • In case at any dispute, default or complaint, the Company's decision will be final.
    • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
    • If your monthly commission is between Rs. 100 to 499 & we don‘t have your updated bank details, then we will issue a product voucher against your commission amount.
    • l authorize you to send sms related to Vestige Business on my mobile number registered with you.

    • The undersigned Distributor acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions on this Application + Agreement Form and my Success Plan
    and agrees to comply by all the terms laid down. The distributor also agrees to read and comply by further amendments, which will be made from time to time.
    • Any amount payable to the distributor as Commission / Bonus by the Company is inclusive of all taxes, by whatever name they are called, including Service Tax, VAT, l. Tax, GST,
    Professional Tax, Surcharge, Cess and other taxes.
    • These taxes are payable by the distributor as and when they are required to be paid as per prevailing laws.(Please send a photocopy of your PAN Card + Bank Pass Book for entry in
    system)
    • He/she is Willing to become Vestige Distributor after understanding the same.
