LEADers interact with Mr. Shikhar Ghosh,

Professor, Harvard Business School
Mr. Shikhar Ghosh, a very successful entrepreneur
and professor at The Harvard Business School, USA
recently paid a visit to Deshpande Foundation where
he interacted with the LEADers. LEADers shared
their projects and ideas as Mr. Ghosh gave them valu-
able advice for the challenges they are overcoming.
Mr. Ghosh also shared his experiences as to what it
takes to be a truly innovative entrepreneur. He in-
sisted that the LEADers think with an entrepreneurial
mindset to make their work sustainable and more im-
pactful. Some LEADers who already had business
ideas were very much motivated by Mr. Ghosh to
start their enterprises very soon.
―You don't need experience to be
an entrepreneur. Most of the suc-
cessful enterprises such as Micro-
soft, Google, Facebook, Yahoo and
many more were started by people
with no experience. All you need is
an Idea and passion‖.
—Shikhar Ghosh to LEADers
