    Confidentiality & Data Protection Declaration

    The Employee shall not, except as specifically authorized by Sea Chefs River Cruises Ltd and Sea Chefs River
    Management Ltd or required by his duties under his Employment Contract, use for his own benefit or gain or
    divulge to any persons, firm, company or other organization whatsoever (including without limitation previous
    and subsequent employers) any confidential information belonging to Sea Chefs River Cruises Ltd and Sea
    Chefs River Management Ltd or relating to Sea Chefs River Cruises Ltd and Sea Chefs River Management Ltd
    affairs or dealings which may come to Employee’s knowledge during the employment.

    This restriction shall cease to apply to any information or knowledge which has subsequently come into the
    public domain other than in breach of this clause.

    All records, documents and other papers considered confidential, together with any copies or extracts thereof,
    made or acquired by the Employee in the course of his employment shall be the property of Sea Chefs River
    Cruises Ltd and Sea Chefs River Management Ltd and must be returned to Sea Chefs River Cruises Ltd and
    Sea Chefs River Management Ltd on termination of employment. Confidential information shall include all
    information which Sea chefs River Cruises Ltd and Sea Chefs River Management Ltd has specifically
    designated as confidential and any information which relates to the commercial and financial activities of Sea
    chefs River Cruises Ltd and Sea Chefs River Management Ltd and its customers, the disclosure of which may
    embarrass, harm or prejudice Sea Chefs River Cruises Ltd and Sea Chefs River Management Ltd or its
    customers.

    Information relating to passengers and crew (including without limitation their names and addresses) is
    ALWAYS of a confidential nature. Sea Chefs River Cruises Ltd and Sea Chefs River Management Ltd
    considers unauthorized disclosure of information relating to passengers and crew a serious matter which may
    lead to disciplinary action, dismissal and the Employee may have to pay damages to Sea Chefs River Cruises
    Ltd and Sea Chefs River Management Ltd, its customers and other aggrieved parties.
    It is a criminal offence to use computers without authorization or tamper with data and computer equipment.

    Employees who publish confidential information about the vessel (including without limitation their present
    position), the Cruise, Passengers or Crewmembers over the internet (by means of Facebook, Twitter, Blogs
    etc.) will be dismissed and prosecuted.

    This Confidentiality and Data Protection clause applies before and during the term of the employment and
    thereafter. It shall survive the termination of all Crewmembers’ Employment Contract.
