1. Steps to change my profile details
Step 1: User needs to login to the www.thebodyshop.co.id and select My profile page. Here we can view user details.

Step 2: Login into HMC HMC URL: http://thebodyshop.local:9001/hmc/hybris HMC Login details: Username: admin and Password is: nimda
Changing of Name, Date of birth, Place of birth and gender.
Note: The name of the customer (user) is “thebodyshop” in this scenario.
Step 3 Upon successful login 1. Click on USERS from the left hand side list. Select customers 2. Search by "the body shop" in name field or by the Users email ID in ID field. 3. Click on Search. 4. Search results, double click on the user details link.

Step 4 1. Once you are taken to the user detail page. Click on Administration tab 2. Under unbound section. Edit the Date of birth field 3. Edit the User name field 4. Select the gender 5. Edit the place of birth field 6. Click on save

2. To change Address from HMC against the user
3. Note: This is same as changing “Profile Details” of user. Refer to step no. 1 to step no. 3

Step 5 1. Once you are on the Users address details page. Under unbound section. Edit Delivery address line 1 field 2. Click on search link icon to change province 3. Click on search link icon to change city

Step 6 1. Clicking on search link icon on change province will open a new pop up window. Here Select the item 2. Click on use

3. To Change Password against user in HMC
Note: This is same as changing “Profile Details” of user. Refer to step no. 1 to step no. 3
Step 4 1. Select Password tab and Enter new password 2. Click on save button.
The User can now Login to store front with the new password which was reset in HMC.
4. View Orders against the same User in the HMC
Note: This is same as changing “Profile Details” of user. Refer to step no. 1 to step no. 3

Step 4 1. Select orders tab 2. Double click on the order details under Orders by this user section

5. To change Phone Number against the same User in the HMC
Note: This is same as changing “Profile Details” of user. Refer to step no. 1 to step no. 3

Step 4 1. Select phone numbers tab 2. Right click on Edit in new window

Step 5 1. A new pop up window will open once you right click. Here. Edit the phone number field. 2. Click on save
