aṣṭādaśākṣara-
mantrasya, śrī-nārada
ṛṣiḥ, touch your head
with tips of the four
fingers of the right
hand.

gāyatrīc-chandaḥ,
touch the tip of your
nose with tips of the
four fingers of the
right hand.
Chanting: sakala-loka-
maṅgalo nanda-tanayo
devatā, touch your
heart with tips of the
four fingers of the
right hand.
Chanting: hrīṁ bījaṁ,
touch the right side of
your chest with tips of
the four fingers of the
right hand.

śaktiḥ, touch the left
side of your chest with
tips of the four fingers

the seed, priyā
(Rādhā?) is the energy,
pleasing the
predominating deity of
Kṛṣṇa's material
energy Durgā in order
to achieve the four
goals of human life is
