PROPOSAL
Cross River State is a Tourism hub and Hospitality in Nigeria and Africa. Calabar Carnival festival in Nigeria also
tagged “Africa’s biggest street party’’ coupled with the christmas and New year celebration was created as part of
the vision of making Cross River State in Nigeria the number one tourist destination for Nigerians and tourist all
over the world. The Carnival which begin on every 1st December and last till 1st January, has boosted the cultural
mosaic of Nigeria people while entertaining the millions pf spectators visiting the State and outside the State and
boosting Industry for all stateholders.
Cross River State and Calabar has become the pride of Nigeria and Africa as far as Tourism, Carnival and
Hospitality is concerned. This has lead to millions of Tourist visiting Calabar for Xmas festival thereby increassing
the population of the State and also increase business activities. The carnival present a perfect platform from brand
visibility for consumers and market awareness. This year Carnival aim to include more aspect of local heritage and
culture and at the same time strenghten the capacity of locals to participate in an economically beneficial way. Fast
food outlets, Restaurants, Hotels, Family and Households will flood the markets to purchase broiler meats
(chicken) for the poultry farmers and investors in the state to take advantage of.
The above opportunity have lead us (Godwith’s Farm NIG) to seeking for investors to come and take
constructive advantages by investing big and winning big by the end of the festivity , while others merry.Godwith’
s Farm NIG is an existing Enterprise. We are located at No 13 Asuquo Nyong street , Calabar, Cross River State.
We specialize in the breeding and sales of healthy chicken and Cat fish, high quality eggs, frozen and dressed
chicken. Our target markets includes wholesalers and retailers services, Households and Familys, Fast food and
Restaurants operators, Hotels, Bars and Road side roasters and Vegetable farmers.
Our Vision; is to become the biggest poultry and cat fish farm in Cross RiverState.
Our Mission; is to constantly provide healthy birds, Eggs, and Fish and well packaged farm manure to our
customers at affordable proces all year round.
Our Aims and Objectives;
1. To achieve a sales turn over of N2,500,000, a gross profit of N850,000 and a net profit after tax of N807,500
by the of the Xmas/Carnival Carnival festival (4 Months period).
2. Maximize profit.
3. Create wealth for investors.
4. Create employment opportunities.
5. Organize community development programmes for locals.
Current Status of the business;
Godwith’s Farm NIG is an existing business. It was registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in the
year 2014 with registration No;CR9018and also registered with Federal Internal Revenue Service (FIRS) with TIN
No; 19527958-0001.
Management Team;
The promoter of Godwith’s Farm NIG is Mr Godwith Francis Udoh. He is a graduate of Department of
Microbiology, University of Calabar. he is a Tony Elumelu Entrepreneur. He has been trained and certified by the
South-south Entrepreneurship Development (SS-EDC), Calabar-2015, Bankof Industry YES-Programme-2016 and
Tony Elumelu Entreprenuerial Programme-2016. He has also attended an internship training on poultry production
with the University of Calabar Research and Demonstration Farm (Febraury to April 2016). He has over seven (7)
yeas of experience and he is a passionate livestock farmer. The management team is made up of four additional
staffs. Mr Samuel Awah Peter (Farm Manager), Miss Grace Ime Willie (Accountant/Marketer), Mr Otobong
Akpan and Mr Godwills Udosen (Farm Attendants).

If 1 bird at 16 weeks old (4 months) = N2,500.00
N2,500 x 1,000 birds = N2, 500, 000.00
Therefore sales turnover at 3rd january 2018 = N2,500,000.00
Salaries and logistic = N 157, 350.00
Capital and operational expenditures = N1,492,650.00
Tax at 5% gross profit = N42,500.00
Net profit = N807,500.00
At the end of sales on 3rd january 2018, N807,500.00 will be realize as the net profit.
ASK;
We are seeking for an investor who is willing to invest in our Enterprise the sum of N1,500,000.00, for the period
of september 2017 to 3rd January, 2018 and by the end of business, he/she makes an additional sum of
N250,000.00. adding N250,000.00 to the capital investment, he/she will go home with a total of N1,750,000.00
after 4 months of investing with Godwith’s Farm NIG.
