TCPro GlobalTM Application Setup

This chapter provides the guidelines for first time users of TCPro GlobalTM to perform the installation
and activation process in order to use this application.

Guidelines include the following topics:

1.1 Operation Pre-requisites

I. Software Requirements

The following are the recommended software applications:

 TCPro GlobalTM application

 Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista (to run on minimum hardware requirements) or Microsoft


Windows 7 (to run on recommended hardware requirements)

II. Hardware Requirements

The following are the minimum and recommended hardware requirements:

1.2 How to Activate

I. In order to start the TCPro GlobalTM application, double-click on the TCPro GlobalTM icon.

TCPro GlobalTM System will start loading the application resources as shown in Figure 1.1 below:

II. A first-time user is required to undergo Activation process followed by the Login process.

III. User is also required to maintain a valid trading account with N2N panel broker in order to register
user’s dedicated email address for receiving system-generated access code.

## For guests whom received a complimentary TCPro GlobalTM application package during N2N
Products Launching Event 2015, N2N will send a system-generated access code to the guests via
their dedicated email.

1.2.1 Activation Process

1. An Activation window will prompt for user to request for access code (as shown in Figure 1.3).

1.1 For first-time user who have not obtained access code, click “Request Access Code”.

1.2 For users who have received access code via dedicated email, click “Enter Access Code” to
proceed.

2. Following action performed in 1.1 mentioned above, a Request Access Code window will prompt, as
shown in Figure 1.4(a).

 Use Setting button to establish Internet Connectivity Setting for proxy server, as shown in
Figure 1.4(b);

 Enter the user dedicated email address and click Next button to proceed.

3. System notifies that the Access Code will be sent to user’s registered Email Address, as shown in
Figure 1.5(a).

 Click on the Next button to proceed.

 Open and check user’s mail inbox for TcPro Global’s system-generated email, bearing
subject title “TradeConnect Activation Request”, as shown in Figure 1.5(b).

4. Continue from step 3, or following the action performed in 1.2 mentioned above, system will
prompt a Enter Access Code window, requesting user to enter the Access Code sent to user’s
dedicated email address (as shown Figure 1.6).

Use the Setting button to establish Internet Connectivity Setting for proxy Server (if not yet).

5. At the field of Access Code, enter the access code provided by the system via dedicated email.

 Click on the Next button to proceed (as shown Figure 1.7).

6. A window message showing “Activation successful” is prompt (as shown in Figure 1.8).

7. Activation process is now successfully completed.

 Click on the Finish button to proceed.

 System is preparing to login to TCPro GlobalTM application by showing a message of


“Preparing to login” (as shown in Figure 1.9).

8. TCPro GlobalTM System is now ready for user to perform Login.

1.3 How to Login

1.3.1 Login Process

Upon successful activation, a Login window (shown in Figure 1.10) will prompt for user to perform the
following actions:-

1. Select Broker link for login (from drop-down list of N2N panel brokers);

2. Enter user Login ID;

3. Enter user Password;

4. Select (tick the checkbox) to request system remember user login ID, password, online client
and/or client list;

5. Click on Submit button to proceed; otherwise click Cancel to discontinue.

6. User may use Forgot Password ( ) button to request a new login password.
 Retrieve Hint information will be sent to user’s dedicated email.
 User is required to use this information to fill-up “Hint to Password” and also complete
the “Answer to Hint”.
 A new password would then be generated and emailed by system to user.
** User is advised to change to a new password upon receiving system password.

7. User may also click on the Setting ( ) button to establish Internet Connectivity Setting for proxy
server (as shown in Figure 1.12).

8. Upon completion of Login process, user can now view the full window of TCPro GlobalTM (as
shown in Figure 1.12)
