 FORM OF AGREEMENT OF BE EXECUTED AT THE TIME OF
DRAWING OF ADVANCE FOR THE PURCHASE OF MOTOR CAR /
CYCLE

An Agreement made this day of

between of

thereinafter called the Borrower which expressions shall include his heirs
administrators, executors and legal representative of the one Part one the
Government of Tamil Nadu of the other part.

WHEREAS the Borrower this under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu
Financial Code ( hereinafter referred to as the said code) which expressions shall
include many amendments thereof or additions time to for the time being inforce
applied to the Government of Tamil Nadu thereinafter to the Govt. for loan Rs.
_________________ of the purchased of Motor Car / Cycle on the terms and
conditions hereinafter contacted and whereas the applications of the Borrower for the
f said loan to considered by the Government NOW IT IS HEREBYAGREED
Between parties hereto that to consideration of the sum of Rs.___________ to be
paid by the Government to the Borrower if any when the Government sanction
the said loan and Borrower hereby agree.

1. To pay the Government the said amount with interest culated according to the
said code my monthly deduction from his sanitary as provided for by the said
code and hereby authorized the Government to make such deduction.

2. With in one month from the date of drawal of the advance to expend the full
amount of the said loan in the purchase of Motor Car cycle or if the actual price
said is less that the loan to repay the different to the Government forthwith.

3. In the event of Borrower reversion from Government Service before the
advance drawn together with interest is fully prepaid to repaid to repay in one
lumpsum the amount outstanding and the interest, due, before the Borrower is
actually relieved from the Government Service.
4. To execute a document hypothecating the said Motor Car / Cycle to the
Government as security for the from provided by the said CODE AND IT
HEREBY LASTLY AGREED AND that if the Motor Car / Cycle has not been
purchased and hypothecated and aforesaid within in one month from the date
of drawal of then advance of the Borrower within that period the whole amount
of then loan and interest accrued thereon shall becomes insolvent or quite the
service of the Government or dies immediately become due and payable IN
WITNESS WHERE OR BORROWER AND.
