What is StereoMaker 2?
StereoMaker is a program that generates 3D images/movies from two source images/movies. There
are many different format for viewing stereoscopic images and StereMaker 2.0 support most of them.
You can create the source images/movies with a real camera or with 3D software applications like
Infini-D, Form-Z.

How can i use StereoMaker 2?


After installing StereoMaker 2 and launching it the main window opens and looks like:

If you want to generate a stereoscopic 3D Image...


Select Left Image: click on this button to select the image you want to use for the left eye
Select Right Image: click on this button to select the image you want to use for the right eye
Generate 3D Image: click on this button to select the name of the output image and let StereoMaker
generate it.
If you want to select a different format for your 3D image then click on the Output Settings button:

If you want to generate a stereoscopic 3D Movie...


Select Left Movie: click on this button to select the movie you want to use for the left eye
Select Right Movie: click on this button to select the movie you want to use for the right eye
Generate 3D Movie: click on this button to select the name of the output movie and let StereoMaker
generate it.
Movie Compressor: click on this button to select the compression you want to use for your movies.

Choosing a format...

If you want to select a different format for your 3D movie then click on the Output Settings button:

Anaglyphs
Red-Blue Anaglyph click on this button to generate a 3D image that can be viewed by using a
standard pair of red-blue glasses.

Soften Colors check this box if you want to reduce the contrast in your anaglyph image: this
changes the overall contrast of the image but can improve the stereoscopic vision. This option only
works for the Red-Blue Anaglyph format.

Interleaved
Interleaved Frames click on this button to generate a movie with interleaved frames.

Note: This format only works for movies, LR format (see below) is used for images

Interlaced
Interlaced Frames click on this button to generate a movie or image with interlaced frames.
This is a very popular format and can be viewed with a standard pair of LCD shutter glasses.

LR Frames click on this button to generate a movie or image with left-right frames.

TD Frames click on this button to generate a movie or image with top-down frames.

Menus...
The file menu just contains exactly the same options listed above included the
command Quit to leave the application.
