To Whom It May Concern:

I am the supervisor of Industrial and Marketing Department in Las Pinas Doctors Hospital where Sheryl
B. Ramirez, RN worked as a full-time industrial nurse for 2 years and four months and I have known her
since 2010. I am writing this letter which will serve as my reference letter for her.

Sheryl was employed full-time in the department where she assisted patients of all ages in finding
doctors, making referrals, coordinating with insurance companies and other related assigned task. I
suppose she was able to do her job very well during her stay. The department accommodates an
average of over a hundred people in a shift with different demands and needs, and we are fortunate
that she is flexible, has effective interpersonal skills and also has attention to details to be able to
manage that workload and address patients’ concerns.

Further, she is very patient. Clients who do not feel well are hot- tempered and demanding most of the
time because of their condition and queue. Despite this, she had managed to communicate with her
clients in a cheerful manner.

I believe she has a bright future ahead of her because of her personal and professional qualities that will
be of benefit to her future employer and to herself. If you need more information or have questions,
feel free to contact me at +639176502141. I would be happy to answer your questions.

Sincerely yours,

Rowena Serrano

Dear Sir/Madam:

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Ms. Sheryl B. Ramirez, RN for any position in your hospital
which suits her qualifications, skill sets, work experience, and values. I am the head nurse of the unit and
I have known for more than four years.

Sheryl is an intelligent, committed and motivated individual. This can be observed in her work and a
concrete example is that when she was studying for her NCLEX Examination, she also works full time and
spent many hours in the hospital. In spite of that, she was able to pass her examination by consistently
studying during her free time and every night after a long and tedious work day. This proved to me that
she is responsible and can effectively multi task without compromising his job.

In addition to that, she would frequently volunteer for extra shifts to cover for her workmates who had
to go absent because of a family emergency or a sick leave. I think she does it because she cares for the
condition of our patients who may be left unattended and at the same time understands that her
workmates just like her would have to balance family, health and personal aspects of their life while
staying committed as a professional nurse.

In terms of job, as a senior nurse, I can say that her performance is exceptional. She makes sure that
every doctor’s order is done and quality care is maintained. Her long years of experience shaped her to
be skillful in her job and share her unique skills and knowledge to junior nurses.

We had always wished that she can stay in our area due to her abilities, dedication and skills but life’s
path took her to other places and we wish her nothing but the best. If you have any question, I can be
reached at +639163494699.

Sincerely Yours,

Ma. Theresa Pascual, RN

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a nurse supervisor at Las Pinas Doctors Hospital and I have been working in the hospital for
15 years. I wrote this to serve as a reference letter for Sheryl B. Ramirez, RN. I have known her since
2010 when she was employed at Las Pinas Doctors Hospital as an industrial nurse until she became an
ICU nurse.

She is known to be a very hardworking person. When she was in the office, she volunteers to go
overtime just to meet their deadline. In the ICU, they went home late due to volume of workload and
long hours of endorsement but she does not seem to get tired easily and is always energetic despite the
stressful environment.

Also, she is flexible to be assigned in other unit for days when there is lack of staff in that area. Instead
of being hesitant, she takes it as a challenge where new skills and knowledge can be learned. When
there are irate relatives, she talks to them to address their concerns. As a senior nurse, I can say that she
can lead a team of nurses because she is very mindful and knowledgeable of her job, very familiar with
the nursing procedures and is respected by her colleagues.

I hereby recommend her to any position as she will be an asset to a hospital she will be working because
of the values, skills, attitude and experience that she has.

Sincerely yours,

Anthony Villegas, RN
