YRA Outsourcing and Business Solutions provides a broad range of business solutions to our
local (Philippines) and foreign clients (i.e. Australia and USA). These includes Offshore Staffing,
Outsourcing of Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax Compliances, Payroll Services, Digital Marketing,
Accounting System Support, Human Resource and Recruitment, Business Registrations, and
other management consultancy to clients in a range of industries.
Our team composed of certified accountants from Philippines and has tax certifications from
Australia. We started as home-based offshore accountants directly hired by an Australian
Accounting Firm and handles Philippine clients since 2014. With the PH and AU accounting and
compliance experiences gained for over 5 and 2 years, respectively, our team have formally
established the company in year 2016. Due to high demand in offshore and outsource staffing
of accountants and non-accountants, we have opened our offices in Makati (Ayala and Paseo
De Roxas) and Taguig (Bonifacio Global City) to meet the demand of our clients and
standardize our policies and procedures.
What is the difference between “outsourcing” and “offshoring”? Offshoring simply means getting
work done in different country; while outsourcing refers to contracting work out to an external
organization. Our company is thus the process of employing staff in the Philippines (as an alternative
to your home Country) to complete a business process (e.g. Accounting, Software Development,
etc.) . We also do other business solutions and compliances by Philippine companies through
outsourcing. Thus, both business procedures have all the same purpose – to reduce their costs
effectively and efficiently and focus on operating activities and business growth.

• Php 5,000.00/month – Manual book of accounts and loose-leaf records for NON
VAT & VAT Registered
• Php 10,000.00/month – Stand-alone accounting software or any cloud bases
accounting system for NON VAT or VAT Registered (Quickbooks, MYOB
Accounting, and Xero)
◦ Services includes the following:
▪ Verify the correctness of accounting entries and documentation of
supporting documents (e.g. Invoices, official receipts, vendor bills, etc),
Computation of Payroll, Taxes withheld, Statutory Contributions, etc.,
Bank Reconciliation Statements and Financial Statements
▪ Provide over-all bookkeeping services in the general accounting work
particularly in the areas of transaction processing and
documentation, preparation of accounting entries using manual book
of accounts, loose-leaf records, stand-alone accounting software or
any cloud bases accounting system.
▪ Documentation. Vouching and verification of source documents
(e.g. Invoices, official receipts, vendor bills, etc.) for monthly review
of monthly and quarterly BIR compliance reports.
▪ Payroll. Verify the correctness of payroll computation, taxes
withheld, statutory contributions, etc.
▪ Cash and Cash Equivalents Reconciliations. Review of
Bank Reconciliation Statements
▪ Monthly Financial Statements Preparation
▪ Annual BIR Registration
▪ Assistance that may be provided to your external auditors in
connection with the audit of the year-end financial
statement.
