    For this change that I wish to incorporate around me, I wish to work in KPMG as it
    imparts a salubrious environment for growth, leadership qualities and a brand guaranteeing
    recognition for life.
    The drive of my life is my passion for learning, application of my skills for the
    advancement of all concerned, and a constant honing of my abilities to make myself more adept
    and dexterous at my work. I feel my experience in the IT and financial services sector will
    strengthen my dexterity as a consultant. KPMG would provide an excellent opportunity to
    showcase my talent and abilities. The multiple divisions under the firm will provide an enlarged
    perspective of consultancy and how to handle clients and requirement accumulating meetings.

    Technical and Management skills function in unison within an organization. With a strong
    technical background, a Management degree which will enhance my flair for interacting with
    people and develop a keen understanding of working and nuances in an organization. It would
    accelerate my growth on the corporate ladder.

    When it comes to my career goals I see myself working in a position of responsibility and
    decision making, where my knowledge and proficiency can be structured as advice for the
    development of an organization. This is key aspect which got me hitched to consultancy, the
    fact that it involves holistic research of multiple sectors in an economy and the comprehensive
    study of the macroeconomic situation prevalent in that sector is what captivates me, this is
    where I feel my abilities will be put to the test and the experience will augment my knowledge
    and skillset. Also providing a platform to expand my professional network and improve my
    nuances of communicating with people.
