    The Smart VPN Client is a VPN configuration utility. It makes VPN configuration easy for users. It
    could support the following VPN schemas, PPTP, L2TP, IPSec and DrayTek SSL Tunnel.

     Corrected: L2TP over IPsec tunnel did not work on Windows 10.
     Improved: Support Windows Server 2012 R2.
