    During the period of duty, I had the chance to be the director of the biggest, largest number of
    students, most diverse High school in the City of Ar Ramtha. I paid every effort to provide a suitable
    environment for the student to help them simply be the best. To do so, I was:
    Establishing a unique management system in which the director manage through board of divisions’
    managers. This system showed its efficiency an been adapted by many schools in Jordan.
    Preparing training plans for the employees, which enhance their educational capabilities.
    Utilizing school different laboratories in organizing training courses and workshops.
    Having our in-house built software to establish database for all the employees and student as well as
    file archiving system.
    Performing periodic assessment to the employees in the school.
    Trying to equip the school’s laboratories and facilities with up-to-date equipment and instrument.
