    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS:

    That we, Heirs of CIRILO CALBO, namely FLORENCIO CALIBO and


    GIBSON CALIBO, all of legal age, Filipinos, widow and married, and residents of
    Guimputlan, Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte, are the absolute owner and possessors
    of parcel of land situated in Guimputlan, Dapitan City, which parcel of land more
    particularly described and bounded as follows, to wit:

    “ A certain parcel of l;and, known as Lot No. 9139, Pls-447, situated at


    Guimputlan, Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte, Bounded on the SW., and W., along
    lines 1-2-3 by Lot 9199,Pls-447; on the NW., NE., and E., along line 8-1 by Lot 9137,Pls-
    447, Containing an area of TWELVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND THIRTY NINE
    (12,639) SQUARE METERS. Covered by Original Certificate of Title No. P-11984,
    under Tax Declaration No. 05-02015-00014, with an assessed value of Php 15,110.00”.

    That for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php.
    50,000.00) Philippine currency, to me paid in hand by JESSICA G. MONA, Filipino, of
    legal age, single, and a resident of Sicayab, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte, receipt
    of which in full is hereby acknowledged to my full and complete satisfaction, we,
    FLORENCIO O CALIBO and GIBSON CALIBO in our place and in behalf of our c o-
    heirs, by virtue of these presents, do hereby SEEL, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY in a
    manner absolute and irrevocable unto JESSICA G. MONA, her successors and assigns,
    of the above-described property, together with all the improvements thereon, free from
    any and all liens and encumbrances.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto set my hand this_______ day of July, 2018, in


    Dapitan City, Philippines.
