FEES : Students are required to pay their fees in cash or bank draft only before 10th
of the month failing which a penalty of Rs. 20/- per day shall be levied. If the student
fails to remit the fee with fine by 15th of a month, he shall not be permitted to sit in
the classroom and his continuous absence for more than six days will make him liable
to loose his registration and will have to seek re-registration with payment of
prescribed fees. Registration, admission fees and monthly fees already paid by the
student shall stand forfeited on his discontinuing the course at any stage. Under no
circumstances fees once paid shall be refunded.
DISCIPLINE : Observance of discipline is must for every student admitted to the
college. Student must abide by all the rules and regulations of the college written or
unwritten and thereby create an atmosphere conductive to learning and establishment
of healthy traditions. Students wanting in good conduct can be removed from they’ll.
Disciplinary action will be taken against the students found smoking or consuming
alcohol or misbehaving with the faculty or staff or the college. Students are cautioned
to be careful in handling property of the college. Any damage done to the property
directly or indirectly shall be made good from the student concerned.
LIBRARY :The institute has a library, open to students for reference. As the books
are for reference only therefore are not allowed to be taken out of the library. The
books on all subjects will be available to the students for reference.
PLACEMENT : The placement bureau of college is managed by a placement
committee consisting of faculty members and student representative. The aim of the
bureau is to help every student plan his future career and settle for type of
organization he likes. To achieve this object, the bureau acts as a channel of
communication between organization seeking professionally trained Teacher and
students ready to take up challenging career opportunities. The bureau will facilitate
correspondence with prospective employers, arrange campus interviews and provide
other facilities at the college as required by prospective employers. Thus placement
assistance will be provided by the college.
IDENTITY CARD : Photo identity card will be issued to the student on admission and
the same is required to be kept by the student during the course period. The students
will have to produce the said identity card while availing library facility. Study notes
shall be distributed to the students holding valid identity card. The loss of identity
card should be immediately reported to the management and a duplicate card will be
issued on a payment of Rupees one hundred only.
STUDY TOURS : Study tours of college emphasize on visits to Projects, Research
institutions, Organizations related to the discipline of Training. During these visits
students observe current methods and practices and evaluate them with reference to
their class room studies. This process of learning gives the student confidence in
tackling day to day problem when he begins his career.
PRACTICALS & PRACTICE : Since the practical & practice play a major role in the
Teacher Training College the college arranges practical & practice inside and outside
of the college. Students have to attend the practical & practice training, as this is
compulsory subject.
Non-payments of fees up to the last day of the month may lead to the removal of the
students name from school roll and fresh admission shall have to be sought with
payment of fee arrears, fine and re-admission fee.
The college reserves the rights to enhance fees at any time if it is necessary for
meeting the rising costs and for the betterment of the college.
No transfer certificate will be issued in mid-session until the all college fees are paid
in full of the relevant session.
The participation of students in educational tours and excursions, cultural
programmes organized by the college is indispensable and parents/Guardians have to
pay the charge as per the need.
Properly/Guardians will have to pay the fine in case their wards destroy or break any
thing of the school viz. - lab equipment, electronic devices etc.
College doesn't take responsibility of any type of loss, damage, accident etc. the
students meet while coming or going by college bus or private vehicles inside or
outside campus.
