    AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

    I, ARMANDO NUNEZ CORTEZ, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of


    Maligaya, San Miguel, Tarlac, after having been sworn to in accordance with
    law, hereby deposes and states:

    1. That it appears from the record of the National Bureau of


    Investigation that a name ARMANDO CORTEZ, has a case for
    Violation of RA 7610 3212-M-2008, before the BR 85 RTC;

    2. That I am not the same ARMANDO CORTEZ who was charged


    therein;

    3. That I have not committed said case in my entire life.

    4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and the


    foregoing and establish its veracity and authenticity.
