HR OPERATIONS:
To Conduct Induction Program for the Associates.
To maintain leave records personal records.
To look after Attendance through electronic System & coordinate with payroll team.
Coordinating with Mediclaim authorities for proper claims.
Conducting HR Helpdesk by Serving as an S.P.O.C.
Support HO HR Team for various HR initiatives.
