    FINAL SETTLEMENT CLEARANCE PROCESS & GUIDELINES

    To process your final settlement, please complete the required formalities


    as stated below and return all K-Electric belongings to the concern
    departments within(3) Three working days from the last date of your
    employment.

    1. Submit Final Settlement application (Annexure-A) along with following documents.

    1. Mandatory Documents Required:


    a) Original K-Electric Card (FIR copy in case of missing KE card), and Parking sticker (if any)
    b) All KE Medical cards (self & Family), and Allianz card (if any)
    c) K-Electric Last Paid Bill
    d) Zakat Declaration CZ-50(Dated:02 months before Ramzan)-With Witness CNIC No.(if applicable)
    e) Last Updated Attendance sheet from Biometric system signed by HOD / Last Pay slip for NMS

    1.1 Additional Documents Required:(in case of deceased Employee)


    f) Copy of (Employee) Death Certificate issued by NADRA
    g) Succession certificate issued by court. (Heirs can submit later)
    h) CNIC Copy of Legal Heirs.

    2- Variable Requirements: (if any)


    i) Fuel Card (if any), Fuel card Surrender Portal ID
    j) Vehicle surrender Portal ID
    k) IP/Computer & Laptop submission acknowledgement (if any).

    2. To facilitate our valued employees, HR Services will seek clearance


    directly from following departments. However you may be required to visit
    these departments & fulfill their requirements.

    Fleet Department
    Vehicle (if you have been assigned a Employee shall surrender Pool Vehicle at Fleet Department
    pool vehicle) (Qayyumabad) and mention Fleet portal ID on your Final
    settlement application Form.

    Fuel Card (if you have been issued a Surrender Fuel card (Original) along with Final settlement
    fuel card) application Form. Employee shall raise surrender request on
    Fleet portal by using the link;

    mention Portal ID on application Form.
    IT Department (Elander Road)
    IP Phone/Computer/Laptop Submit all IT assets to ITG department.
    Black Berry/Smart Phone (if any) Contact IT helpdesk (9111 or It.helpdesk@ke.com.pk ), for
    guidance on surrender or buy back process.
    Medical Department
    Medical Claims (if any) Submit all Medical Claims in Medical Department before
    submission of FS application to HR Services thereafter any
    claim will not be entertained.

    Note: All deductions (if any) related to clearance will be adjusted from
    your Settlement dues.
    Clearance required (For HR Services Use only);
    Payroll (House building loan, Income Tax, Professional Tax, PF Loan, Eid ul Fitr/Azha advances,
    Welfare loan, Mobile cost, Excess salary)
    Security Department (KE card & Parking Sticker) Billing (FEB stoppage date)

    Billing Department (IBCs) (SD & Energy Dues) Telecom & Wireless (Wireless)

    Controlling and Accounting (S.C.C & Imprest IT (IP/Computer/Laptop/Smart phone/Black
