RE: REMOVE COLLECTIONS ENTRY FROM 3 THE CREDIT BUREAUS
Dear ACS,
Consider this letter a NOTICE AND DEMAND TO CEASE AND
DESIST. You have been dutifully and lawfully warned.
I noticed a COLLECTIONS entry from ASSOCIATED CREDIT SERVICES trespassing on my
Experian, Equifax, and Transunion credit reports dated January 11, 2019.
You are erroneously reporting a contractual debt and that a civil dispute exists between us. There is
none to my knowledge. Produce the contract that exists between us, otherwise DELETE the
COLLECTIONS trespassing-entry from my property. Contract Law supersedes all Federal and
State Rules, Regulations and Statutes.
If you are attempting to enter this alleged civil dispute without contract, with my expressed and
written permission to include my wet ink signature, you are committing trespass (see: Erie Railroad
Co. v. Tompkins, 304 U.S. 64(1938)]. I am not a corporation or any ens legis entit.
If you are the Fiduciary in this commercial Matter, I need a copy of the contract between us to
continue further communication. I do not give permission or consent by assent for you to enter as a
third party to this alleged civil dispute, nor to issue letters of threat against my private Property or
my Person, including you and / or your agents reporting erroneous and harmful information to various
credit reporting entities.
Produce a Contract, Delegation of Authority, Regulatory Authority or cease and desist. Unless you
are a Secured Party, Holder-in-Due Course, Creditor, Debtor or Signatory on the original Contract,
you are a third party. You are a liability and no assistance in this commercial Matter. Take Notice:
You are lawfully and legally dismissed. I will not discuss my Private Affairs with an “unqualified”
Third Party Interloper / Trespasser.
In your next correspondence, please forward the instrument that establishes the debt obligation
between Associated Credit Services and Don Mess Widme plus your ID and Delegation of Authority
(to wit: UCC3-501(b)(2)).
OTHERWISE you will be accepting my explicit offer to pay $150,000 per entry, for my permission
to maintain the COLLECTIONS word on each bureau to include Experian, Equifax, and Transunion.

Hence, I, Don Mess Widme, hereby declare that your non-removal of three COLLECTION entries
constitutes your acceptance to my offer, a binding contract. I categorically emphasize that
ASSOCIATED CREDIT SERVICES MUST pay a total of $450,000 for my explicit permission
to maintain the COLLECTIONS entries on my name, my reports, my property.
Be forewarned and hereby notified that this offer and your acceptance is contractually binding. My
permission for ASSOCIATED CREDIT SERVICES to maintain three COLLECTION entries on the
three credit reporting bureaus trespassing in MY property, Don Mess Widme, is $450,000. TAKE
NOTICE: This is a Notice and Demand.
