Dear Dr. Belo-Delariarte,

Greetings!

As the Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination 2018 is coming up close, the West Visayas
State University – College Of Nursing Batch 2018 is highly motivated and enthusiastic to be
fully prepared for the said examination. In addition, we are all determined to sustain the high
performing status of this college by having a hundred percent passing rate and maintaining
numerous topnotchers coming from our university.

In line with this, we would like to inform you that last October 30, 2017, the batch 2018 had a
curriculum meeting regarding our plans with our review. As RA 10609 states the “Protection of
Students’ Right to Enroll in Review Centers Act of 2013”, we are aware of our privilege to
choose a review center in preparation for our board examination. A total of 175 out of 175
students signed in agreement to have the curriculum officers facilitate and organize the review
rather than enrolling in a review center. Attached herewith is a copy of the minutes of the
meeting together with the list of students and their responding choices.
