Sir:

We, the students of Environmental Management class, are seeking for your consideration and approval
pertaining to our Action Plan proposal. The said action plan is in connection with the guidelines related to
proper waste management in our school’s gymnasium and the comfort rooms in the elementary department
in order to help and support the school in terms of its waste management system and other matters regarding
its cleanliness.

From the learnings we have obtained from our class discussions, we discovered that the current condition of
our environment is worsening day by day as we use our resources improperly. This condition does not only
pertain to our country but to the whole world. As such, the primary purpose of this Action Plan is to show
our deepest concern regarding the deterioration of our total environment and most especially to our school’s
environment. We intend to start making a change for the world by helping first our school with regards to the
proper waste disposal.

Attached herewith is the Action Plan containing particular information on our findings, actions regarding
these findings, materials to be utilized, responsible persons, and the date of accomplishment.
