Projects & Achievements:

June2018-Aug2018 M.K Sons S/4HANA Conversion --- (Karachi, Pakistan)

Worked as a Basis Team Lead for S/4HANA Conversion at M.K Sons. The source
release was EHP7 on HANA DB and the target release was S/4HANA 1709 SP02

Jan2018-June2018 Descon EHP8 Upgrade --- (Karachi, Pakistan)

Descon has ECC, BI, BO, EP, PO, Gateway and Solution Manager in the landscape.
Worked as a Lead Basis consultant to performed upgrade of the entire landscape.
The project duration was six months.

Nov2011-June2012 ICI SLO with O/S Migration and Oracle DataGuard --- (Karachi, Pakistan)
Worked as a Basis Team Lead for System landscape optimization (i.e. Demerger of
Companies. Apart from this the landscape also need to me migrated from Windows
 to Linux. The Oracle Dataguard is also used for the ERP and the BI Production
systems.

May 2011- October2011 Engro Foods Limited --- (Karachi, Pakistan)

Worked as a Teams Lead for OS migration project. The source O/S is windows and
the migration was performed to AIX (IBM Power HA). The ERP and the BI
landscape were migrated

I worked as a BI/Basis Team Leader at SAGIA. Created authorizations profiles,
TMS, spool system and did SAP production system sizing. SAGIA is using SAP

Ali Gohar was the first project using SAP NetWeaver 2004s (ECC 6.0) in Pakistan.
As a Basis Team Leader I installed and configured the systems, created transport
routes, manage user authorizations and performance optimization etc.

Feb2005-May2005 Dewan Mushtaq Group ---- (Karachi, Pakistan)

Dewan Group is using ECC 5 with oracle9i on HP-UX. As the Basis Leader my
responsibilities include SAP Hardware Sizing, Installation of SAP/Oracle, User
Administration, Transport Management, Troubleshooting, Backup Management,
Client Administration, System Monitoring, Printing Administration, homogeneous
System copy, performance optimization and OS/DB Migration.

Sept2003-Feb2005 PSO - Pakistan State Oil ---- (Karachi, Pakistan)

PSO is the only project in Pakistan which is undergoing mySAP (IS-OIL specific)
implementation and is also the very first project having its production environment
in HP-UX (service guard configured).
As a team leader, I configured the system landscape, applied required patch level,
configured transport route, prepared authorization roles, user creation and
administration. Configured offline and online backup procedures, created print and
page formats for the HR report printing and tuned the Oracle database and SAP
application for best performance. Also installed and configured SAP Solution
Manager.
Jan2002-Aug2003 Govt. of Pakistan Audit Department ---- (Islamabad, Pakistan)
SAP HR, FI/CO modules were implemented where FI/CO module was for Financial
Accounting and Budgeting System of Pakistan, HR module was for the planning and
administration of its employee’s database.
I Worked in SAP implementation for PIFRA (Project for Improvement of Financial
Reporting and Auditing). Provided technical consultation for the installation,
configuration and troubleshooting of SAP R/3 (release 4.6c) Systems. This is the
largest SAP implementation in Pakistan, which involves approx. 1200 users located
at 127 sites all over Pakistan. Conducted UAT (User Acceptance Test), performed
daily troubleshooting tasks and performed all tasks of user authorization. Configured
Transport Management System and created Domain Link. Conducted an intensive
training workshop on SAP BASIS for local users
