    As a requirement to our subject National Service Training Program – Civic Welfare Training Service
    (NSTP-CWTS), we the first year BS Social Work students of Bicol University are organizing a seminar on
    Responsible Parenting and Family Planning on March 15, 2019, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Brgy. Bitano,
    Legazpi City. The seminar aims to:

     To instill knowledge and awareness to the participants that will enable them to practice
    appropriate ways in handling and raising their families with regards to family planning.

     To enhance the participants basic knowledge regarding responsible parenting and family
    planning.

    In this regard, we are pleased to invite you to be our resource speaker for the said activity. With your
    expertise in the field we are confident that you will be able to impart numerous valuable knowledge and
    insight on the said topics. We believe that your experience in the field will be a great contribution and will
