    ADDENDUM TO LOG/LUMBER SUPPLY CONTRACT

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This Addendum to the Agreement (Log/Lumber Supply Contract) is entered into


    by and between:

    MAASIN FARMERS MARKETING & COOP. ORG. (MAFAMCO), a duly


    registered people’s organization with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
    represented by its President Ms. Marcelina Maceda Jandayan as authorized by the
    EXECOM’S Board Resolution, with principal address at Brgy. Ibarra, Maasin City,
    Southern Leyte, hereinafter called as the SUPPLIER,

    and

    RVJ LUMBER & MARKETING, existing and by virtue of the law of the
    Philippines, with business address at Brgy. Ma. Clara, Maasin City, Southern Leyte,
    represented by Mr. Roberto T. Villanueva, Jr., and his capacity as proprietor and
    hereinafter called as the BUYER.

    WITNESSETH:

    WHEREAS, the parties hereto entered into an Agreement dated August 9, 2017 for the
    supply and purchase of Gemelina (Yemane) and Mahogany lumbers or logs, in
    accordance with DENR regulations, and subject to the terms and conditions agreed
    upon by the parties, said Agreement (Log/Lumber Supply Contract) is hereto attached
    as Annex “A”;

    WHEREAS, the SUPPLIER agrees to sell available volume of Gemelina and Mahogany
    lumbers or logs derived from the CBFM area, and the BUYER is likewise willing to buy
    at least 326.510 cubic meters of lumbers or logs from the supplier;

    NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties,
    intending to be legally bound, hereto agree that the following constitutes additional
    terms and conditions of the stated contract:

    6. That both parties mutually agree that the price per board feet be fixed at
    twelve pesos (P12.00) only;

    7. That the BUYER will likewise shoulder all the necessary operational expenses
    in cutting, handling, and hauling of the said lumber products;

    That the terms and conditions provided in the Agreement (Log/Lumber Supply
    Contract), shall remain in full force and effect;

    That this Addendum to the Contract shall be effective upon the execution thereof by
    both parties.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this __ day of


    August, 2018 in Maasin City, Southern Leyte, Philippines.
