    1. Tell us about yourself.
    I am an energetic person. I am, persuasive and adaptive to different environment. I am a
    hardworking individual, I have to finish the given task on time. I am easy to be with. I love
    working with people who are also hardworking and flexible.
     
    2. Why did you leave your last job?
    It is an end of contract.
     
    3. What experience do you have in this field?
    I have an experience working abroad and completed it without complications and delay. I
    can perform delegated tasks instructed by the Manager/Supervisor. I am responsible for other
    duties as assigned. I have great interest in understanding the concerns of the custumers, co-
    workers, and superiors. I have sympathy nature with problem solving attitude.
     
    4. Do you consider yourself successful?
    Yes, I am successful. I’ve experience different work/job with a good standing position
    from my superiors. I’ve finish my studies through hardwork and perseverance. If given a chance,
    I’ll be working to one of the prestigious company in UK.
     
    5. What do co-workers say about you?
    I’d love working,so my co-workers would say that I have to take a break sometime and
    relax in the middle of my work. I can’t leave my job hanging and with the other task is waiting. I
    can have my rest either its lunch break or after work.
     
    6. What do you know about this organization?

    Located in the leafy district of Holland Park and only 5 minutes walk from the Westfield

    gym, sauna or an aminities such as Executive Lounge or meeting rooms.
     
    7. What have you done to improve your knowledge in the last year?
    I am a fresh graduate, so this past month I am working hard to finish my studies and when
    I am not in school, I tend to improve my skills such as reading any materials I have.

     
    8. Are you applying for other jobs?
    If my other qualifications were fit to the other job offer, I cannot refuse to accept it.

    I want to work in your company because of my strong natural ability of working with poeple
    and cool environment , coupled with my family support I believe I can also be successful in this
    field.

    No, I don’t have.
     
    11. What kind of salary do you need?
    I believe what my capacity and experience can offer will be the same amount I can be paid.
     
    12. Are you a team player?
    Yes, I can work with everybody. I don’t refuse to whatever task that will be given to me.
     
    13. How long would you expect to work for us if hired?
    I can work with you as long as you need my capabilities and capacities.
     

    14. Have you ever had to fire anyone? How did you feel about that?
    No, and if that will happen, I will be sad and frustrated but I cannot blame anyone if that
    person will be of great disadvantage to the company.
     
    15. What is your philosophy towards work?
    By setting an example of values based on hard work and diligence, being reliable, having
    initiative and maintain social responsibility to co-workers and superiors of the company. 
     
    16. If you had enough money to retire right now, would you?
    No, I believe my capabilities,capacities and moral values would still be needed to my future
    organization. I am believing that I am also setting an example of hardwork to other people. That
    maybe of great help to other people who start giving theirselves a chance of being successful.
     
    17. Have you ever been asked to leave a position?
    No, and I won’t allow it to happen. That is why I do my given task on time.

    I am more dedicated individuals who take their professional lives as seriously as they take
    their personal lives. Therefore, I am sure that with my dedication and capabilities, I am one of
    the best options that are available for the said job.

    I have this passion to grow beyond what I can do. I love working to a world class result.

    21. What irritates you about co-workers?
    I don’t like people who are lazy and dishonest. They don’t recognize their potential to be of
    great help when working hand in hand with the other co-worker. The job will be done on time if
    there is cooperation.
     
    22. What is your greatest strength?
    I love challenges and I don’t discourage easily. I find fullfilment when I accomplish it and
    go over with the task if the result is not being met.
     
    23. Tell us about your dream job.
    My dream job is working in an institution who offer great opportunity to their employee to
    grow and give importance to their capabilities to work on extended level of acknowledgement.
     
    24. Why do you think you would do well at this job?
    I can do well with this job because I am flexible to whatever task is given to me. I find
    resistance to failure. It’s my harworking attitude will bring me to great performance.
     
    25. What are you looking for in a job?
    A job that would give myself busy with high energy and working with my initiative.
     
    26. What kind of person would you refuse to work with?
    I don’t like working with people who are lazy. They are not working to relax.
     
    27. What is more important to you: the money or the work?
    Work is first important. This will give you fulfillment that you acquire the skills. Second is
    the money for I cannot move on to go to work everyday, buy food to eat for me to have energy to
    continue working.
     
    28. What would your previous supervisor say your strongest point is?
    They said I understand well with the job responsibility. That is why they gave me
    responsiblity to be the leader of my co-worker to deliver the task effectively on time. And
    working hard is my passion.
     
    29. Tell us about a problem you had with a supervisor.
    None so far. I just give a good result to the given task.
     
    30. What has disappointed you about a job?
    I sometimes misunderstood by the other co-worker due to my assertiveness and
    responsiveness towards work. I gave them a reason to be alert and responsive too.
     
    31. Tell us about your ability to work under pressure.
    I don’t discourage easily when problem arises, I just tend to be focus and give my utmost
    ability to met the demand of the job.
     
    32. Do your skills match this job or another job more closely?
    Yes, I believe so.
     
    33. What motivates you to do your best on the job?
    It’s my credibility is at stake. I believe whatever task that is given to me is what my
    capability and ability could offer. It’s the fulfillment of myself, the thumbs up from my superior
    and a good service from the company to the clients is what I am thinking when working.
     
    34. Are you willing to work overtime? Nights? Weekends?
    Yes, if my capacity is needed during those days, why not give your service.
     
    35. How would you know you were successful on this job?
    If I have a good compliment from my co-workers,superiors and customers.

    Yes, of course. Grow in accordance with my capabilities is what I am getting for, then I am
    willing to offer my service to there.

    Yes. That is why I am working into this institution because of what my capabilities could
    do to bring this company on great acceptance and be successful to the clients.
     
    38. Describe your management style.
    The style in which the leader and the worker do the decisions and ensures social and
    leisure needs are always met. Give an open communication generally to co-workers, but give
    feedback to the management should be encouraged to maintain morale. But give a little bit
    independency to the co-workers for them can work without supervision.
     
    39. What have you learned from mistakes on the job?
    There’s no major mistakes I’ve encountered so far, but I can give you some minor such as
    due to being workaholic, I do jobs which is not a given task to me and it’s because I did it due to
    mishandle of my co-worker. I’m just offering myself to help to my incapacitated co-worker.
     
    40. Do you have any blind spots?
    No, I don’t have.
     
    41. If you were hiring a person for this job, what would you look for?
    Understanding to the job order, workable to everybody and can take pressure with
    aprrove result.
     
    42. Do you think you are overqualified for this position?
    I don’t think so. I can do the job effectively with pride and pleasure.
     
    43. How do you propose to compensate for your lack of experience?
    It’s my perseverance that I can give to be of great asset to this company.
     
    44. What qualities do you look for in a boss?
    An open-minded boss. Fair to everyone regardless of race and friendly to subordinates.
     
    45. Tell us about a time when you helped resolve a dispute between others.
    Listening to each side and make a unanimous result or feedback to what is being heard and
    be a friend to both sides. It happens when one of my collegues respond to the edited word of
    mouth foul words being thrown to the other.
     
    46. What position do you prefer on a team working on a project?
    The worker under the leader. For I like giving my utmost ability to make the project
    available on time.
     

    47. Describe your work ethic.


     I will give my time, my extra hours, and my positive attitude to the company. I need to be
    able to transmit the company’s mission even on the worst days. Persistence to achieve quality,
    finding resources when unmet, own the problems that arises and shows punctuality.

    48. What has been your biggest professional disappointment?


    I consult right away to the more experienced person for me to be guided.

    I just find pleasure when I finish my job on time.
