    1. National festivals and important anniversaries are to be celebrated suitably in addition to the
    activities listed above.
    2. Above academic calendar also covers part time (Evening) Diploma courses.
    3. Schedule of internal examinations may be decided by the concerned Principals taking into account
    Industrial Training, Survey camp etc.
    4. For any short fall of classes, due to election etc., extra classes may be held on Saturdays/Sundays or
    in Zero/ vacant period to complete the syllabus and fulfil teaching norms, if required.
    5. For B.Voc Program, academic calendar issued by GGSIPU will be followed.
    6. Diploma Pharmacy (annual pattern system) must also follow the same Academic Calendar for
    Even/Odd semester, since the supplementary exam of D. Pharmacy will also be conducted during
    odd/even semester exam.
