Opening the door to a cleaner world
80% of infections are spread by touch and offices and public buildings with
contaminated door handles aid the spread of common infection as stainless steel
handles are a breeding ground for germs.
The Pure Hold Pull and Push system is a self-cleaning antibacterial door handle cover,
aimed at reducing cross-infection from one user to the next. Silver ions on the coating
destabilise the cell, stop respiration and inhibit cell division, whilst blocking DNA
replication, thus killing the cell.
It has been independently proven to be 96.4% cleaner which can help improve hygiene
and reduce costly staff sickness and disruption. The annual cost of a handle/plate is less
than the cost of even a single day’s basic salary at the minimum wage rate.

What door handle sizes does the Pull Handle fit?
Any cylindrical pull door handle with a diameter of 19mm, 20mm or 22mm
(these are the 3 most common in the UK).
How do I fit the Push Plate?

The Push Plate magnetically secures to a back plate and can be changed effortlessly without tools.
What happens when the indicator says change?

Simply remove the old handle/plate and install a new one. Pure Hold will collect used handles/
plates when they deliver a new batch and recycle them.
Do we have to replace every single door handle/plate?

No. The Pull Handle simply clips around your existing pull door handle and the Push Plate
magnetically attached to your existing back plates.

1. BIOCHEM is the active compound used in the following products: disinfectant cleaning solution, hand & surface wipes, foam hand sanitiser, disinfectant air freshener and
medical hand scrub. The reformulation into finished product does not affect the efficacy of the finished product.
2. The test was either conducted at the dilution the end product are used i.e. 1:16, we have refered to this as RTU or where higher dilutions levels have been used we have
specified this, we have used some higher dilutions rates to ensure that we demonstrate product efficacy at higher dilution levels as this indicates a good safety margin
factor i.e. product is being used at 1:15 but is still effective at 1:50 dilution.
3. Where product has been tested at multiple dilutions we have listed this but only put the results for the RTU otherwise it was getting complicated,
we can provide further information if required.
4. The test results are expressed as the % kill i.e. 99.99%, in some instance only a pass of fail has been provided where this happens we have expressed this as such.
5. M inimuim Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) test is determine at what level product remains effective as you will see product can be diluted to high levels whilst still effective.
