    *) Fees include all educational expenses during the regular program: Applicants who are not able to submit TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC
    3 semesters and 42 credit hours. scores are required to take the President English Test (PET)
    and all applicants are required to take the President Aptitude
    Scholarships and Financial Aid Test (PAT).
