The Vendor Management System (VMS) program, administered by nextSource Inc., combines a web-based
application (TAMS) along with a dedicated TAMS Program Coordinator provided by next Source.
By using the Talent Acquisition Management Solution (TAMS) application, you will manage the placement,
engagement and administration of temporary staff. TAMS application is used to create a job requisition for
a temporary professional, schedule interviews, and approve timesheets. TAMS Portal provides easy access
to openings. You may submit professionals to openings, create Timesheets for your professionals, create and
follow the invoices
Analyzed business requirements documents to get a better understanding of the system from both
technical and business perspectives.
Involved in writing of Test Scenarios, Test Cases and execution.
Reporting of the defects and tracking of the defects..

Description:
Sawgrass System is used for Credit Card processing developed for North America Customer Service
desktop. Sawgrass App Tool is an Application used by West Telesales Vendor/ Customer Service
Representative for applying Credit Card Account for the Customers who reach out to Citi Representatives
through Customer Service Desktop and Provides Instant Approval for all Consumer and Commercial
Applications. Once the Application got approved it provides Balance Transfer facility.
Understanding the application by interacting with BA and going through the application definition
document.
Prepared Test plan, Test Strategy, Test Cases, Test estimation documents
Organizing meeting/sending daily status reports project management team.
Involved in preparing Minutes of Meeting, and traceability metrics
Participated in Reviewing Documents and incorporated the review comments
Analyzing user requirements, developing Test Cases and Test Scenarios.
