Preface
This songbook has been produced by the church in London especially for use
in home meetings, university meetings, and young people’s meetings to
encourage all the saints to enjoy the Lord through singing. Therefore, the
selection of songs and hymns draws heavily from similar collections, such as
the Huntington Beach Songbook, hymnal.net and various song tapes.
Songs include guitar chord diagrams for difficult chords. A more complete
chord chart and table of guitar chord families may be found at the end of the
book.
songbook@ukypw.org
May the Lord use this book to increase the enjoyment of Christ among the
young people, that we may all be filled in spirit, singing with our hearts to the
Lord and that the word of Christ may dwell in us richly through psalms,
hymns, and spiritual songs.

3 Thank You for our situations
And the environments we are in.
That we’d turn to You in all things,
And turn away from sin.
We’d drop all our anxieties
And put our trust in You.
And experience this living One
Whose life is ever new.
4 Now the church life is so precious
With all the saints so dear.
Enjoying all Your riches
Our vision is so clear.
That all would prophesy
Of Christ from what they’ve seen.
According to Your Scripture
In First Corinthians fourteen.

1 Don't you want to know your God?

What's hidden in His heart for you?

How much He longs for you to come

And open up—

To let Him in to every part
F#7 Bm
Let Him reveal what's on His heart
G A Bm D7
What was the joy set before Him?
Bm D
It was for her the church—His bride
G Bm
It was for her, willingly He died
G A
She is the joy deep in His heart
Bm G
His masterpiece—
A7 D G D
His counterpart.
2 The Lord chose you to be a part
Of His great plan, His work of art.
What wonder! What a privilege!
To satisfy
His yearning to share all He is—
Divine, unsearchable riches!
What wisdom, multifarious expressed?
3 As we enjoy and enter in
To all He is then we'll begin
To understand the feeling in
His heart toward us.
What love that motivated Him!
To come to us, despite our sin
Why did He go and sell all that He had?

1 Come and rejoice with me!
F C G
For once my heart was poor,
Am G C
And I have found a treasury
F G C
Of love, a boundless store.
2 Come and rejoice with me!
I, once so sick at heart,
Have met with One who knows my case,
And knows the healing art.
3 Come and rejoice with me!
For I was wearied sore,
And I have found a mighty arm
Which holds me evermore.
4 Come and rejoice with me!
My feet so wide did roam,
And One has brought me from afar,
To find in Him my home.
5 Come and rejoice with me!
For I have found a Friend
Who knows my heart's most secret depths,
Yet loves me without end.
6 I knew not of His love;
And He had loved so long,
With love so faithful and so deep,
So tender and so strong.
7 And now I know it all,
Have heard and known His voice,
And hear it still from day to day.
Can I enough rejoice?

Remain here in Your presence
Lost within Your beauty
Sweet foretaste of eternity
As our hearts blend into one
How I long for Your return
Come Beloved. Satisfy
Your longing for a match, a bride.
