NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF SALE

Dear Sir/Madam;

This is pursuant to the Deed of Conditional Sale (DCS) dated _____________


executed between you and the Pag-IBIG Fund covering the sale of the property
described as Lot No. ______ Block No. ____, Brgy. ___________, ___________ City
under TCT No., _____________, which you are the current buyer.

In line with the terms and condition of the sale, you are required to pay the
purchase price of the property in the total amount of ____________________________
___________________ (P____________) to be paid in __________ (__) equal monthly
installments in the amount of _______________________________ (P____________)
inclusive of ______ (__%) interest from ___________ until ___________. Failure to pay
the full amount within the chosen payment term shall result to the cancellation of sale.

Relative to this, we regret to inform you that the Pag-IBIG Fund by virtue of the
provisions stated on the above mentioned Deed of Conditional Sale (DCS) hereby
cancels the sale of the subject property to you due to
__________________________________________________ which results to losing
your right to own the said property and the Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to offer it
again for disposal to other interested buyers. Said cancellation of sale shall become
effective after thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice.

As reasonable rent for the use of the premises, you shall be charged

date you occupied the property as of the date of the Deed of Conditional Sale until you
surrender the property to Pag-IBIG Fund. The rents due shall be deducted from the
refund which may be due to you.
