 Provides AIS Reading Services to 55 students ranging kindergarten to grade 5 in two elementary sites.
 Works collaboratively with other teachers and support staff during IST meetings. Provides teachers with
quarterly progress reports that outline student successes, weaknesses, and goals worked on.
 Analyzes student learning and appropriate assessments such as i-Ready instruction, Fountas and Pinnell, and the
Gates-MacGinitie Reading Tests (GMRT). Utilizes these to develop a reading plan for each child.
 Communicates effectively with parents through phone calls, emails, and conferences.
 Uses a variety of instructional strategies to provide differentiated, targeted instruction that improves student
literacy skillsets for phonics, vocabulary, fluency, and reading comprehension.
