Project: ‐ Sprint (WEST USA – OC, RVSD and SD) Designation: ‐ Senior Engineer, LTE Planning, Optimization and analysis in for Nokia Sprint.
Currently Working for X2/S1 optimization in Nokia Sprint, a short term project specially requested from Customer. Responsible for root cause analysis, Implementation and improvement of X2/S1.Daily working on LTE KPI such as Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, & DL & UL Throughput etc. on market and cluster level. Working on FTW2/ ATL2 and ATL1 OSS NETACT tool. Responsible for Radio network optimization and optimize the behavior of new network elements in the network. Responsible from single parameter change doing manually to multiple parameter changes by validating and activating Plans and scripts in CM editor (Netact) on complete market or switch level. Checking configuration on different MOs (LNREL, LNADJ, LNCEL, BTSSCL…etc) and implementing parameter settings if required or requested by Customers. Verifying the physical and logical configuration in Netact. Legalizing potential problems as early as possible. Monitoring continuously how the network functions and providing optimum services to mobile subscribers. Top offenders analysis on regular basis, Recommendation, HW alarm reporting, availability to improve the KPIs. Enabling new features in network such as ANR function and Whitelisting, Making new plans, validating and activating. Responsible for Parametric changes (A3 offset, SCTP timer Correction, Temporary HO Blacklisting Feature, X2 release timer, Hysteresis, Time to Trigger, qRxLevMin, qRxlevminoffset, Cell individual offset,optimizing RSRP, SINR etc. ). Parameter Audit & tuning to align with Golden parameter standard (Freeze as per customer needs).

Key Highlights and Achievements:
Won Power Award for handling Customer Satisfaction levels effectively by providing quick and innovative resolutions to their issues for Quarter 1, 2015. Independently drove OAC (On Air Commercialization) project of TDD 2.5 GHz sites and was SPOC from Ericsson India to Sprint. Given a Responsibility of Knowledge Manager where I take initiative to give encourage and motivation to teams to come up with more classroom sessions from their area of expertise for betterment.
