PenWalker User Guide

PenWalker

PenWalker is a most convenient tool for document Presentation and catching images from
flash. This software can be draw or annotation on any of the document, Video or website directly, is
useful in Meeting, Education, animation areas etc. Also, it allow you to save the entire layer and send it to
anyone you wish to share.

Introduction of PenWalker:

- YOUTUBE/ Flash

- Website / Images

- Microsoft Office (Can save as JPG files)

- Desktop creative painting

- Whiteboard Function (Can easily switch to Whiteboard Function during any application )

1. Start PenWalker
To start software, press 「Start」►「All Applications」►
PenTablet」 ► 「PenWalker」.

Note: If you see this icon appear on the screen, that means the Graphic Digitizer did not
connect with computer correctly, please make sure the digitizer is connect with computer, and
digitizer is ready, then start the software again.

PenWalker’s Tool bar will show on the screen,

Press Mouse icon to switch to Annotation mode, more tool bar will be open up,

When you on the Drawing Mode, you cannot clicking or editing any files on computer, please click to

go back to mouse module mode without layer show on the background of screen or press Retract
to retract the main toolbar to the right of screen but stay layer.

Pen Walker will automatically retract to the right of the screen when not using for a while, to open up
again, simply move the cursor over and press the logo button, the tool bar will show up again.

2. Introduction of Tool Bar


In this Tool bar, there is a brush, pencil, eraser, whiteboard and colors for handwriting, to let user have
more creation when drawing on flash or presentations.

Pen Tool Press to open up Pen tool bar for more editing

Pen Shape Pen’s Shape and Sizes

Pen Color Chose Pen’s Color

Instructions of Pen Toolbar features

Select the area you want to save, after drag the area you wish to save, remember to press

“ok” to let the computer save your picture temporary, then press other icon to chose the action you
wish to do. For example, Save the picture to your computer or Email to your friend the area you drag in
the first place.

Transparency changing, you can immediately converted the screen to whiteboard during the
presentation or running flash file, for more detail.

Insert Text, pressed insert text button to insert text on anywhere of the screen, the other toolbar for
changing Text’s Format, Color, and size will show up, all you need to do is to drag the text bar in the area

that you wish to insert, and then typing the text. After enter the texts, remember to press “Tick”
button to finish the texts editing.

Function of Other Toolbar

In order to enable user to easily share pictures or animation on the production of annotated data,
this Toolbar includes more option for user to record all works more easily.

Press “Other” to open up the Toolbar, which include “Email”, “save”, “print”, “Paint sheets”, About
and “close” options.

Function of the Icon:

Email Open up the Outlook and attach layer as JPG files

Save Save Layer

Print Print Layer

Paint Sheets Open up the Annotation Window

About Show PenWalker’s information

Close Closed down “Penwalker”

Instructions of Annotation Toolbar features

“Annotation Toolbar” let user catching the layer immediately, let user manage all layer on more
convenient ways.
