    TERMS & CONDITION:
    Rates
     Rates are valid for domestic and overseas market
     Published and net rate may be subject to change based on the government fuel price regulation
     Any change will be notified in advance and rate on all existing bookings will be honored as per contract rate at
    time of booking
     Free of Charge for children under 3 years old
    Inclusion
     GOLDEN QUEEN FAST BOAT will provide your guests with :
     Air-conditioned hotel transfer to / from Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak,
    Kerobokan, Canggu Club area, Denpasar, Sanur and Ubud Central area.
     Free flow sealed mineral water , wet tissue and candy on board

     Insurance and Medical Coverage: GOLDEN QUEEN insured to a total liability amount of Rp. 500.000.000.
    GOLDEN QUEEN will provide cover for related expenses due to injuries and/or accidents occurred during the
    transportation to and from Serangan Harbor, Nusa Penida, Padangbai, Lembongan, Gili Trawangan, Gili
    Meno, Gili Air and Lombok to the total amount of Rp. 50.000.000

    Trip Policy
     This trip is not suitable for :
     Pregnant women
     People with heart or back problems or other physical impediments
     Elderly people (over 60 years old) and infants (children under 3 years old) are not recommended nor
    covered by insurance, but if their parents insist, they need to complete a Disclaimer Statement releasing
    GOLDEN QUEEN and all its officers and/or employees, including Agent, from any liability and any further
    legal action by any party, prior to the trip commencement
     Connecting Flights: GOLDEN QUEEN is a point to point carrier and we do not take responsibility for delays or
    connecting flight

    Bookings Procedures
     All reservations and alterations must be made in writing via fax or email (booking@goldenqueenfastboat.com)
     Upon confirmation of booking, Agent must provide First Party with: Name, Nationality and Contact detail all
    passengers
     Pick up & drop hotel details (note free pick up/drop area)
     Information of guest payment details
     Cut off time limit for tentative booking: 2 days prior to guest departure for regular season and 7 (seven) days
    prior guest departure for high & peak season, after which GOLDEN QUEEN reserves the right to release any
    unpaid seats.

    Cancellation and Special condition:


     Cancellation will be subject to written notice and acknowledgement by both of AGENT and GOLDEN QUEEN.
     100% Charge for any cancellation made within 3 days or no show all periods
     75% Charge for any cancellation made within 7 days or no show in high season periods.
     50% Charge for any cancellation made within 14 days or no show in high season periods.
     Additional Transport Charge: Transfer to and from the harbor can be arranged with additional cost for the area
    of Uluwatu, Tanah Lot, Gianyar, Outside of Ubud Central Area, Tabanan, Lovina, Amed, Madewi, Gilimanuk,
    Sidemen, Tulamben, Seraya, Kubu, Kintamani, Tirta Gangga.

    Method of Payment
     All transactions will be on the basis of full payment one day before departure or went you arrrive at our office
    at padang bai/denpasar/penida/lombok/gili
     Five percent (5%) of monthly interest will be charged for overdue invoice over 60 days, in which case
    GOLDEN QUEEN reserves the right to ask for full advance payment for any other reservation made. If
    continued, it will also be taken into a consideration for temporary and/or permanent suspension of the credit
    facility or even earlier termination of this contract.
