    COMPLAINT

    The undersigned, Pascualito S. Quinaoaoa, accuses Venus Rawr V. Quinaoaoa and Willy
    M. Liboguin of the crime of ADULTERY, committed as follows, to wit:

    That on or about October 4, 2010, at about 9:00 p.m, at 143 Cadena de Amor Putik,
    Zamboanga City of Zamboanga, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court,
    the said accused Venus Rawr V. Quinaoaoa did then and there voluntarily, unlawfully, and
    feloniously had sexual intercourse with her co-accused Willy M. Liboguin, who is not her
    husband, and the latter knowing her to be married to Pascualito S. Quinaoaoa who,
    voluntarily, unlawfully, and feloniously had carnal knowledge with her who were caught by
    Pascualito Quinaoaoa when he went home on the abovementioned date and time upon
    hearing a moaning and whimpering sound coming from the bedroom and switched the lights
    on seeing the accused Venus Rawr Quinaoaoa lying down, naked, feet apart while her co-
    accused Willy Liboguin, naked from the waist down, was on top of her doing the “push and
    pull” movement.

    Contrary to law.
