    I, A.S. Murugan, s/o A. santhiveeran Hindu aged about 51 years

    residing at Santhiveeran Illam, No. 1, Subramaniyapuram 4th Street,

    Madurai 625 011 do solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:

    1) I am the Petitioner herein and Third Party / Imbleading Petitioner

    in the above main case

    2) I am the petitioner herein, third party to the above main case and

    acquainted with the facts of that case. Since it is a public case. So I

    submit that I have some arguments in the above main case

    3) Moreover, I have to file a imbleading petition for issue me as a

    party in the above main case. Hence, I need such important public

    interest ligitations for issue my arguments in that above imbleading

    petition of the above main case. So kindly pleased to issue me a public

    interest ligitations.
    I further submit that I am in need of below mentioned documents

    for filing in the above main case in the circumstances. It is necessary for

    me to issue the certified copies of the documents.

    Unless the copies of the documents are not issued to me I will be

    put into irreparable loss and hardship.

    It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to

    give me a certified copies of Petition and Affidavit and Order in

    W.P. (M.D) – 20927 / 2018 and thus render Justice.
