 cd /export/home1

 cd nmc92
 cd linux_x86_64/ (path of setup files)

 uname -m (to check the machine architecture)


 rpm -ivh lgtoclnt-9.2.1.1-1.x86_64.rpm

 yum whatprovides libc.so.6 (It will tell you what file to install such as glibc-2.12-1.7.el6_0.5.i686)
 yum install GLIBC_2.0 (To install the glibc package)

 yum install glibc-2.17-55.el7.i686


 yum install glibc-common = 2.17-55.el7

 rpm -ivh --nodeps lgtoclnt-9.2.1.1-1.x86_64.rpm (--nodeps means it will not look for
dependencies)

 rpm -qa |grep lgto (To check which packages got installed)

 rpm -ivh --nodeps lgtonode-9.2.1.1-1.x86_64.rpm (To install storage node)

 rpm -ivh --nodeps lgtoserv-9.2.1.1-1.x86_64.rpm (To install the NW server)


 rpm -qa |grep lgto (To check which packages got installed)

 ps -ef |grep nsr

 /etc/init.d/networker start

 /etc/init.d/networker start (Tried to start services – got error)


 /opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh (Tried to run the script mentioned in error –
got error)

 rpm -ivh --nodeps lgtoauthc-9.2.1.1-1.x86_64.rpm (Installed lgtoauthc to resolve above error)

 find / -name jre (To find the JAVA path)

 /opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh (mention the JAVA path, Keystore password –


Cdot123, Administrator password – Cdot@12345)
 /etc/init.d/networker start (To start the networker services)

 /etc/init.d/networker stop

 mm, res and index folder is copied on new server

 rpm -ivh --nodeps lgtonmc-9.2.1.1-1.x86_64.rpm


 /opt/lgtonmc/bin/nmc_config (Client enter the username (kathy) and password of local user)

 Add URL http://hostname or ip :9000 in IE as trusted site.


 Open it in IE.
